Do a Stoppie on a Motorcycle
If you have experience with tricks and stunts, use the following steps to aid you in performing a stoppie on a motorcycle.
Steps
- Ride in 30-50 kph (30-45 mph).
- Slightly lean forward and pull the front brake lever in until your back wheel starts rising of the ground.
- Keep holding the front brake lever until you wanna go back down to ground level.
Tips
- Make sure that the wheels of your bike are good gripped and the road is not wet or slippery.
- Balance is the key to holding up the stoppie without leaning forward too much.
- Wear a helmet at all times, especially when trying these stunts.
- Don't lean forward too much only a little.
- Stiffen your arms.
- Do not to push the front brake really hard.
- Don't let the bike sway side to side
- Attempt on a bicycle before on a motorcycle.
Warnings
- Remember to be careful doing a stoppie on any type of bike or motorcycle. This is an extremely dangerous ground stunt because the bike can impact you if you lean too forward while doing this trick.
- Only do this trick on flat ground, never on hills unless you want to flip it and look stupid!
