Draw High Heels
Drawing is a lovely hobby. If you want to draw women with high heels but don't know how to draw the high heels, then this is the article for you! Learning to draw high heels can assist you on your way to you becoming an artist, fashion designer or simply a more stylish person!
Steps
- Lightly sketch a wedge. Depending on how high you want the heel to be, increase or decrease the height of the wedge.
- Lightly sketch in a foot resting on the wedge you previously drew. The foot will serve as the guide for high heel.
- Lightly sketch how you want the shoe to look around the foot, and decide if you want to use specific designs.
- Regularly sketch in the actual shoe, and remember to erase lines and curves that are no longer needed.
- You may use a calligraphy pen to sketch the outline of your shoe's official shape. Erase excess lines when needed.
- Erase and remove the rest of the sketch marks if not done already.
- Add colors!!!
Tips
- Practice, practice, practice. As the saying goes, "Practice makes perfect." You will not become a good artist until you try.
- Don't be afraid of mistakes. The eraser is your friend. Mistakes make you better!
- Don't give up!
- Try to draw the high heel a couple of times before you draw it with a woman.
- Artists don't blossom overnight. Set aside some time each day for your new hobby!
- Search for inspiration in the world around you. Take a window shopping trip to the mall and snap pictures of interesting shoes with your camera.
