Steps
Method One: High Heels
- Sketch a curved line and a straight line as guide for the shape of the high heels.
- Add the guidelines for the surface for the feet.
- Add basic design that you like.
- Add more details.
- Draw the main features of the high heel sandals.
- Erase the draft marks.
- Color.
Method Two: Tennis Shoes
- Sketch a big oblong. This will be the main guideline for the shoe.
- Sketch a semi-circle at the top end of the oblong.
- Add basic shape of the shoe.
- Add the draft for the shoe’s features.
- Add the draft for the design of the shoe.
- Draw the basic features of the shoe.
- Erase the draft lines and add more details.
- Color the shoe as you like.
Method Three: Sandals
- Draw a small circle (for the heels) and an oblong (for the toes).
- Connect the sides of the circle and the oblong. Curving the line is optional.
- Draw the sole following the bottom shape of the sandals. It’s up to you how thick the sole is.
- Draw the toe straps by drawing two arching lines (per strap) with the ends on the each side of your sandal. Also, draw an oblong connected to the sandal above the circle (from step 1), these will serve as the strap for the ankles to keep your sandal from wobbling.
- Draw dark lines over your sketch (this is for your final outline). The design is up to you.
- Erase the sketch and design and add more details to your sandal.
- You now have your very own drawing of a sandal! Don’t forget to color your drawing.
Method Four: Men's Shoes
- Draw two lines.
- Draw two ovals around the two lines.
- Add two lines and four rectangles.
- Draw some connecting lines, as shown.
- Add all the needed details and do some shading.
- Erase the guidelines.
- Start coloring.
- Finished.
