Draw Sasuke Uchiha

Sasuke Uchiha is the rival/friend of the titular character in the anime series, Naruto. He is a charismatic teenage ninja who fans love and hate in equal measures. The following steps will show you how to draw Sasuke as he appeared in the first season of Naruto.

Steps

  1. Start by drawing his head and hair. Like most anime characters, Sasuke has a round head and a pointed chin. His hair is spiky.
    • Don't forget to add vertical and horizontal guidelines. These will help you draw his facial features in the next step.
  2. Add more detailing. Fill in his face and his headband with the Konoha symbol.
  3. Create the profile of his body. Note: add a vertical line to serve as your guideline. In the example image he is wearing a collared shirt and shorts.
  4. Focus on the upper part of his body. Draw the folds of his shirt. Add his hands (and don't forget his fingernails).
  5. Move to Sasuke's lower body. Draw the details of his shorts, including his belted pocket.
  6. To finish the sketch, draw his shoes and leg bands.
  7. Outline your drawing with permanent media. You can use anything you like (for example, ink or paint). Wait a few minutes to let the drawing dry, and erase all the pencil marks. This will keep your drawing neat.
  8. Color the illustration. Use the drawing here as a reference. You'll need to use dark blue, light gray, dark gray, and a light flesh color for his skin. Use shading and gradation as you see fit.

  1. Draw an oval over a vertical guideline. To the right of the line, draw another, shorter vertical line.
  2. Add a square for the torso. Then, add a rectangle on the right for an arm.
  3. Draw an oval for the left leg and two rectangles for the right leg. Add two rectangles for feet, then a square for the left arm.
  4. Add two ovals for feet. Add a straight line across the bottom of the arm rectangles.
  5. Draw the outline of his hair. Also begin outlining his clothes.
  6. Add more detail.
  7. Erase the guidelines.
  8. Color the drawing.
