Fake Sneeze

Convincingly pretending to sneeze is an entertaining party trick, and also a prerequisite of a successful fake sick routine.

Steps

While talking, fall silent. Look to the right of the person's face and squint your eyes like you are trying to see something far away. Slightly scrunch up your nose, as if your nose is itching.
Begin taking deep, quick breaths. Do not exaggerate this. Do not say "aahhh"
Close your eyes and tilt your head back quickly. Start making the sneeze sound, something like "ehh" or "huh". cover your nose and mouth.
Make the sneeze sound. For a stifled sound, do something like "mmp" or "kkch". For a regular sneeze, "chuh" or "ishoo" works.
Sniff a bit. Rub your eyes.
Make sure you have oozing 'snot' over your fingers.
Cover up your nose with your hands or elbow and run to find a tissue. Rub away the 'snot'.

With fake sneezing, you can trick someone into thinking that you have a cold.
If you cover completely, it is less obvious you are faking.
To really sneeze, trigger the sensor in your nose. Breathe in dust or pepper through your nose, or, if no ones looking, stick your pinkie really far into your nostril and make it poke the inner side of it. This immediately works and will probably make you even sneeze two times in a row. This isn't even faking.
Don't simply say "atchoo" and close your eyes. The only person that you would fool is a child.
Cover with your hands instead of sleeve or other such things it muffles the sound better and will hide the face more completely
To get an instant sneeze, eat an apple with a bunch of salt and pepper on it, and you will sneeze about 3 or 4 times a minute for 25 minutes, it really works
To make it look more real and louder, cover your nose and mouth with your hands and literally blow out your mouth and scream for effect.
Look as though you smell something bad. It makes the whole thing more convincing.
