Steps
Clickable Space
- Select the space between the paragraph by clicking it.
- Press the Delete or Backspace key.
- Continue doing so until all the spaces between the paragraphs are removed (if there is only one line of space, you'll only need to press delete/backspace once).
Non-clickable Space
- Position the cursor in the last line of the paragraph before the space.
- In the Home tab, look for the Paragraph buttons.
- Click the Line Spacing button.
- Select "Remove Space After Paragraph." Then, you are done.
