Learn to Ride a Bike Without Training Wheels
How are your kids doing when they learn to bike without stabilizer wheels? They need someone to grab the bike to prevent fall down, right? Are you already tired to run with kids supporting their bike? Well, here is an alternate way to learn how to ride a bike!
Steps
- Take out stabilizer wheels from the bike.
- Take out pedals.
- Let child ride and push the bike by their feet, and try not to touch feet on the ground while bike is going forward.
- Let them practice until they get confidence. Try different state like going straight, long turn, short turn, etc.
- Put pedals back on the bike.
- Now they can ride.
Tips
- They maybe need to get the point of how to push pedals, but it should be easy after this process.
Warnings
- Even they can start this easily, they easily fall down too. So, of course someone need to support sometimes. Especially when they lean how to keep pushing pedals to proceed long run.Don't forget helmets and protectors!
