Make Daing Na Bangus

Daing na bangus is one way to preserve food.

Ingredients

  • 1 large bangus or more
  • 1/2 cup of vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tsp of white pepper
  • 1 tsp of chopped garlic

Steps

  1. Remove the scales of the fish and remove the backbones and entrails, including gills.
  2. Wash the fish properly in running water.
  3. Combine vinegar, salt, soy sauce, white pepper and garlic to make the marinade.
  4. Marinate the bangus overnight.
  5. Drain fish and dry in the oven until dry.
  6. Wrap the fish and freeze once cooled.
  7. Fry the fish before eating.
  8. Finished.
