Make Daing Na Bangus
Daing na bangus is one way to preserve food.
Ingredients
- 1 large bangus or more
- 1/2 cup of vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 1 tsp of white pepper
- 1 tsp of chopped garlic
Steps
- Remove the scales of the fish and remove the backbones and entrails, including gills.
- Wash the fish properly in running water.
- Combine vinegar, salt, soy sauce, white pepper and garlic to make the marinade.
- Marinate the bangus overnight.
- Drain fish and dry in the oven until dry.
- Wrap the fish and freeze once cooled.
- Fry the fish before eating.
- Finished.
