Make Fried Rice with Soy Sauce
Another food that originates from the Philippines. It is called "Sinangag na may Toyo". It is just easy to do, you just need a little amount of time. You can also do it before you eat your breakfast. It is a good method that can be done by you or someone else. If you want to know, read on.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of cooked rice (or more if desired)
- 1 garlic clove, sliced to cubes
- 2 tbsp. of soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. of olive or canola oil
- Any Filipino dish (optional)
Steps
- Heat the oil in a pan. Just turn on the heat at medium, or right heat just not to burn the rice.
- Sautée the garlic. Sauté until it looks golden brown little cubes.
- Put on the rice. Mix and mix until the garlic is evenly spread onto the rice.
- Add the soy sauce. Mix until the rice has the color of the soy sauce and has a pleasant smell.
- Get a small bowl. Put the rice in it, and put pressure on the top of the rice to make it flat. Make sure the rice is leveled with the bowl tip.
- Get a plate. Rotate the bowl upside-down and wait until the rice falls out and make the shape out of it.
- Get your favorite Filipino dish (optional).
- Serve and eat hot.
