- 1 large ripe pineapple
- 1 to 3 tablespoons honey, to taste
- 2 to 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon or lime juice
Steps
- Prepare the pineapple by trimming the top off, coring, and peeling it. Cut them into quarters, then {{safesubst:#invoke:convert|convert}} slices.
- Measure and add the honey, melted butter, and lemon/lime juice in a small bowl. Stir with a spoon.
