Come Up With a Catchy Name
- Make up a fancy and eye-catching name. It shouldn't be something obvious like "Brenda G." or "BrendaG44". Be as creative as possible, and come up with a name that everyone will get advice from!
Getting Questions
- You need questions to start an advice column! You can put up posters about it and have a little box where anon students can drop off their questions.
- If you are doing a digital advice column, add a section where users can put questions. Make sure that they are writing their question neatly and not like, "bcuz den my gf dumpz me! like bru>"
Answering The Questions
- Write your answers neatly and try to be as sympathetic as possible. Be sure to:
- Be nice
- Explain positively.
- Try to think what you would do in that situation
- Try to stay anonymous (your choice)
Tips
- If your advice column becomes very popular, make sure to act like "______" (Insert your catchy name here is the coolest thing ever so you'll be more popular and people will think it's not you!
