Make a Burger King Whopper
Have you ever wanted to create a Burger King Whopper for your self? Here are instructions for one that you can make at home.
Ingredients
- Hamburger bun
- Ground beef for patty
- 21g of mayonnaise
- 21g of lettuce.
- 2 slices tomato
- 4 pickle slices
- Ketchup
- Onion slices
- Slices of American cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
- Start up a barbecue grill and preheat on high heat.
- Use a hot skillet for the buns. Place both halves face down on the skillet and set it aside for now.
- Pound the ground beef down and form it so it turns into a thin patty, but a little bigger than the bun size.
- Put a little dash of salt onto the hamburger patty. Grill it for your preference (rare to well done).
- Create your whopper from the bottom to the top: Put the hamburger patty onto the bottom bun, lay down the pickles onto the patty, squirt some ketchup, layer the onion slices, tomatoes, and lettuce, dab the mayonnaise, and finish it with the top part of the bun.
Tips
- Fry a batch of French fries and make your own milkshake to serve with your burger.
- Toast your bun on a skillet over the grill so it is still warm when the patty is cooked.
- Use fresh, ripe tomato and crisp, fresh lettuce for the best flavor.
Warnings
- Ground beef should be cooked thoroughly
Things You'll Need
- Charcoal or gas grill
