Make a Coffee Coolatta from Dunkin Donuts

Creating a coffee coolatta at home is simple and fast. Now you can have that Make Good Iced Coffee (Half and Half and Ground Coffee Method) mix in your kitchen. Here is how to make a Dunkin Donuts version of a mocha coolatta.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup of cold,(strong coffee)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 5 tablespoons of sugar (or Splenda)
  • 2 tablespoons of chocolate Make a Chocolate Syrup Treat (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of Torani Hazelnut syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon of almond extract
  • 2 1/2 cups of ice cubes

Steps

  1. Make strong coffee by brewing twice the amount of coffee grounds that the coffee maker recommends. You can also make strong coffee by doubling the amount of instant coffee with boiling water. Place it in the refrigerator and let it chill until the coffee is cold.
  2. Take the cold coffee out and pour it into a blender. Combine the rest of the ingredients into the blender. Blend everything except for ice cubes together for one minute, on a low speed, to dissolve the sugar.
  3. Put the ice cubes, at a slow pace to avoid splashing, and blend on a high speed until the ice is crushed. Turn off the blender when you don't hear any more ice being crushed or blended.
  4. Finished.

Tips

  • This recipe makes two 12 ounce glass servings.
