Make a Vitamin Boosting Smoothie

If you have some illness that needs vitamins, this is the thing for you. Or just have it for no apparent reason; its really easy to make. This should serve one.

Steps

  1. Chop up a banana and any other soft fruits (e.g. strawberries, nectarines, etc.), and put them into a blender.
  2. Weigh out 100g of yoghurt and add to {{safesubst:#invoke:convert|convert}} of milk.
  3. Put it all into the blender and blend it around for about 20 seconds.
  4. Pour it all into a glass and add some ice-cubes.
  5. Finished.

Tips

  • You could also add a few slices of strawberries on the top, a straw, (or two) or even one of those little paper umbrellas.
  • Many smoothie recipes call for ice in the blender, which serves to thicken the drink. Adding some frozen fruit along with your fresh fruit (instead of ice) increases nutrition and flavor, and adds a thicker, shake like consistency.

  • Bio Yogurt.
  • 1 Banana.
  • Other soft fruit (optional).
  • Milk.
  • Blender.
  • Glass.
  • Straws.
  • Ice. Optional frozen fruit.
