Make a Harvey Wallbanger
According to legend, the Harvey Wallbanger was named after a Californian surfer called Harvey who drank so many Screwdriver drinks topped with Galliano that he bounced and banged around as he tried to make his way out of the bar!
Yet another tale states from Hawaiian bartenders claims that it was named after an Irishman named Harvey who ricocheted down the corridor of his hotel room after a night out. And it's also possible it was invented in Chicago in the 60s!Whichever story of origin you choose to believe about this cocktail, a Harvey Wallbanger is an incredibly easy drink to make and moreover, it's a pretty drink to enjoy.
