Steps

  1. Cut a piece of colorful craft foam to the size you want your mouse pad.
  2. Take a piece of scrap fabric, and cut it to the same size. It may be helpful to trace around the craft foam on the wrong side of the fabric and then cut it out.
  3. Draw on the fabric if you would like, using fabric markers.
  4. Use spray adhesive to spray the piece of foam and stick the fabric to the piece of foam.
  5. Let it dry, and start using your new mouse pad!

Tips

  • Try making a theme. Maybe jungle theme, techno theme, etc.
  • Mouse pads like these make great presents for friends.

Warnings

  • Avoid using paint and oil pastels.
  • When using markers, let it dry for a day to prevent smudging.
  • Put your mouse pad in a safe place, as it is delicate and will tear easily.

Things You'll Need
