Make a Pizza in a Toaster Oven
Run out of cash or just don't want to order a pizza tonight? Here is an easy option that will allow you to make a quick pizza in the same toaster oven that you toast bread in!
Steps
- Get some baguette. Slice the baguette into fourths, and then cut it lengthwise. Pop the pieces into the toaster.
- Get together some pepperoni and chopped peppers. Microwave the two in the oven for a minute or two until soft.
- Remove the baguette slices. Spread with tomato purée, fresh slices of tomato and peppers, pepperoni, and grated cheese over the top.
- Place in the oven part of the toaster oven and cook until cheese melts (about two-three minutes).
- Remove and allow to cool briefly. Serve.
Tips
- Dried herbs or flavored salts will add extra flavor if desired.
