Make a Rustica Pizza

Ingredients
- Dough
- 175g flour
- 30g butter
- 12cl milk
- salt
- Toppings
- tomato sauce
- 1 aubergine (eggplant), diced
- 1 courgette (zucchini), diced
- 50g red pepper and 50g green pepper in cubes
- 1 red onion
- chopped garlic (however much you wish to add)
- a bit basil
- 100g mozzarella
- pepper and salt
- olive oil
Steps
- Make the dough using flour, butter, milk and salt.
- Cut the vegetables, the garlic and the onion and put it on a plate in the oven for 20 minutes until they become a little dark on the outside.
- Grease the dough with olive oil.
- Put the dough on a plate and make a bottom.
- Cover the dough with the tomato sauce.
- Put the grilled vegetables on the pizza.
- Cut the mozzarella in cubes and put it on the pizza.
- Sprinkle the basil on top.
- Cook the pizza in the oven for 18 minutes at 200 degrees centigrade.
- Finished.
Tips
- Check regularly that the pizza isn't burning.
