Prepare for School the Night Before

Steps

  1. Shower. As a girl, you should shower every night. This will help you look, feel and smell fresh for the next day! But make sure to only wash you hair with shampoo once every three days. Also, you should wipe off any make-up and wash your face to prevent future pimples. Moisturize; always rub lotion or some form of moisturizer on after EVERY shower.   2. Pick out what you're going to wear the next day. If you have a uniform, this isn't a worry. You should always do this so if you're in a hurry you don't run around trying to figure out the perfect outfit. Make sure your clothes are clean and smell fresh.
  3. Be ready for morning. This should include what you need to do and how long you have to do it. Make sure all of your homework is finished, and you have had time for a fulfilling breakfast.
  4. If needed, pack a lunch or lunch money. Eat healthy, switch the fizzy pop for water or juice.
  5. Make sure you're in bed 30 min before you're supposed to be so you have time to relax. You should have about 7-9 hours of sleep
  6. Relax in bed until you drift off. If you just can't manage to get to sleep, read. But do not play on any electronics as this interferes with your sleep.



Tips

  • Make sure the last thing you ate was 30 min to an hour before you attempt to go to bed.
  • Have a glass or a bottle of water beside your bed when you go to sleep so that you don't have to get up in the middle of the night for a drink.
  • Don't forget breakfast. It's the most important meal of the day and gives you energy for the school day. Try some cereal or oatmeal.
  • If you have time, try even laying out all of your makeup to prevent you from taking time to dig it all out in the morning.

Warnings

  • Do not go to bed late as you will be tired and wake up feeling groggy in the morning. Nobody likes a moody person.
  • Make sure you take a healthy snack to eat in between classes if you can.This can stop you feeling hungry and it will help you focus more.
