Speed Dial With Your Blackberry
Assigning speed dials on a Blackberry is relatively easy, given that you know what to do.

- Hold down any letter or number. (Except the number 1.)
- Press yes when the blackberry asks if you want to assign a speed dial. Select yes by clicking the track pad or by pressing enter.
- Select your contact (It brings you to your address book.) by clicking the track pad.
- After clicking the track pad your phone will bring you to the screen showing your contact with the assigned speed dial letter or number.
- You can now call on your contact by pressing the assigned speed dial letter or number.
Tips
- To edit/change any existing Speed Dial numbers, from the phone application, choose "View Speed Dial List" & you can edit existing entries from there.
- To use a speed dial simply hold down the key you assigned the contact to and the phone will call that contact.
- Make sure the person you wish to assign a speed dial to is in the address book. It simplifies this.
- On some models you will have to hold the pound (#) key.
