Clean Wheels

How to clean wheels you will need some warm soapy water and a sponge.

Steps

1. Try several different wheel cleaning products; you will want a hydrophobic coating when dry, and something that will act as a barrier between brake dust and your alloy.
2. Find a 'bug sponge' - one with a low/coarse thread count and use it to clean away built up brake dust and carbon. Then use your soft sponge on remaining dust with auto wash/wax soap.
3. Use clean water to get all the soap off and apply protective spray materials.

Tips

• Make sure the sponge you use is put in the bin after you have finished.
