Create an Account on Maplestory

This will teach you how to create an account on Maple Story.

Steps

Go to http://maple.playpark.net
Press "Sign Up"
Select the Citizenship you would like to sign up under
Enter the user name you would use under, the password you will use, and your email.
This is the hard part, but you will need to enter your full name, your National Identity Card, and your birth date.
Enter the code and agree to the terms and conditions.
Confirm your account details.
Go to your email and copy the verification code.
Go back to http://maple.playpark.net and enter in the code
Log in to the MapleStory website.
Paste in the code.

Sometimes, Nexon will host events for people who make new accounts. They may range from free NX items, to 2x the experience.
If you do not have an email account, you have to create one!
Try remember your birthday and the year so when you have started playing and you want to delete a character you need to type in the day, month and year you gave them when you signed up. If you play on GMS, you don't have to remember your birthday, as you will need to enter your PIN to delete your character.

You must be 13 years of age or older or else they won't let you play.
If you forget your pin on MapleStorySEA, you may have to pay a fee to get your pin back.
You have to download the game to play (sometimes it can take at least 1 hour for a computer that downloads 100Kb/sec).
