Delete Spam in Yahoo! Mail
Accumulating spam in your email inbox is annoying and can leave you feeling disorganized. But there are easier ways to delete all of those messages than just individually clicking and deleting each email. Here is wikiHow to delete spam in Yahoo! Mail.
Steps
- Go to your Yahoo! Mail Homepage.
- Click on Bulk Mail, which is spam.
- Click everything you want to delete.
- Yahoo! will ask for confirmation, if the setting has not been changed.
- You can do this regularly from now on!
Tips
- Click on the Options button in the upper right hand area. Then click on Block Addresses; type in the address and the spam from that account is gone!
- If you are really annoyed with getting spam, and one sender keeps sending spam, you can block them. Here is how:
- You can create "disposable" email addresses to use when emailing companies or people which may NOT be trustworthy. From the Yahoo! mail page, click Options, then "Address Guard," And follow the guide to creating disposable addresses. 500 can be created.

- Never enter your e-mail on any suspicious website as they put your e-mail in their database and send automated spam messages.
- Never give any personal information to anyone you do not know.
- Never open emails from people you do not know, they can cause viruses in your computer.
