Do a BMX Endo

How to to do an endo on your BMX! It's simple and easy, but you should know the basics and remember to stay safe!

Steps

  1. Start riding your BMX at a sensible speed. Don't ride it too fast, otherwise, this will go horribly wrong!
  2. Make sure there are no obstacles in your way. When you are ready, take your strongest foot of the pedal.
  3. Slide your toes slowly in between the tire and forks.
  4. Hold for about 3-5 seconds. You will feel the back wheel come up of the floor and the BMX will come to a halt.
  5. Take your toes out of the forks. The back wheel will come down and you can put your foot back on the pedal and ride again.
  6. Persist. As a beginner, you tend to lose your balance and put your foot on the ground after you take your toes out of the forks.



Tips

  • Wear a helmet.
  • Make sure your BMX is in good working order.

Warnings

  • This trick should be performed in a suited area, like in a skate park, not in the middle of a road!
