This is how to do a BMX front nose twist.this is an easy trick if you have front breaks on your BMX bike.

Steps
- Ride up a slight angle (about 45 degrees).
- Get a swerve in at the very top of the 'ramp'.
- Get to the top. Turn the opposite direction and put on your front brakes hard.
- Shift your weight to the right of left. You pick. This will help you go 180 degrees on your front wheel.
Tips
- When you want to twist faster, just look over your shoulder and that will help a ton.
- At first, take this at a slow speed,and as you progress,you can get faster and faster.

- Don't go to fast or you will crash. Wear a helmet. It may look dorky, but this is how people get good and look cool.
