Steps
- Breathe smoothly. Take deep breaths but not too loudly. Breathe in and out until you feel a bit sleepy.
- Think about how exciting it will be when you're out of your seat. Keep thinking it over and over.
- Count backwards from 100 to 1. Do this slowly and you'll eventually feel asleep.
- Take a power nap. Schedule the duration in accordance with the time it will take to reach your destination.
