Get My Motorcycle on a Paddock by Myself

If you have been riding for a while and noticed that you need to get your motorcycle on a paddock for washing but you are alone. You can actually set your motorcycle on the paddock all by yourself.

Steps

  1. You need to make sure your motorcycle's side stand is open always and ready to support your motorcycle
  2. Adjust both arms of your paddock to fit the rear part of your motorcycle.Note
    • There are two types of arms in paddock, Universal and U-Hook which uses spools(aka bobbins).
    • Some paddocks arms are fixed and some are able to interchange the arms to universal or u-hook to suit different motorcycle.
  3. Standing on the left side of your motorcycle
    • Tilt the motorcycle up slightly to the upright position with your body, with left arm hugging over the motorcycle seat to prevent motorcycle from falling to the other side. The side stand will be slightly off the ground.
    • At the same time your right hand is holding the paddock hand-grab and the paddock is positioned right behind the motorcycle rear wheel.
  4. Once the paddock fits the motorcycle rear spools, push your hand-grab part of your paddock down while your left hand and body is still supporting your motorcycle in the upright position.Viola! Your motorcycle is up on the paddock
