Make Halloween Pumpkin Punch

Keep those trick-or-treating gremlins warm with a cup of Halloween pumpkin punch, served straight from the pumpkin, and make it the Make a Thanksgiving Centerpiece of a Halloween party. After you're done, you can carve the pumpkin or turn it into pumpkin pie!

Ingredients

  • 1 medium to large pumpkin, hollowed
  • 1 apple
  • {{safesubst:#invoke:convert|convert}} or 2 pints apple juice
  • 350 ml or 12 fl oz pineapple juice
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 tbsp whole cloves

Steps

  1. Hollow out your pumpkin. Once hollowed, you can decorate with a black magic marker (make sure that it is not toxic), paper cutouts, or just go "pumpkin naturel" if it's not Halloween.
  2. Make apple balls. Form little balls from the apple using a melon baller.
    • Place the apple balls into a bowl.
  3. Spice the apples. Spike each ball through the center with a clove.
  4. Mix it all together.Combine the apple, pineapple, and lemon juice with the apple/clove balls and cinnamon stick in a saucepan over medium heat.
    • Give it a quick Stir a Beverage Noiselessly and heat for a few minutes until warm.
    • Remove it from the heat. You can let it cool, or you can serve it nice and warm.
  5. Serve! Pour the Halloween Pumpkin punch into the hollowed pumpkin and serve!

Tips

  • Be sure to take out all of the pumpkin seeds and save them for roasting!
