Make a Candy Cane Martini
There are some occasions that call for a classy cocktail, and the martini is a chameleon that can be altered to fit any celebration. The candy cane martini is fitting for any winter celebration, whether you are celebrating Christmas or New Year's. It is also a great way to get rid of leftover candy canes.
Ingredients
- Green and red sugar
- Vodka
- Peppermint schnapps
- White chocolate liqueur
- Half-and-half
Steps
- Moisten the rim of the cocktail glass with sugar syrup or a little of the schnapps. Dip the rim of the glass in red and green sugar to create a sweet and colorful rim.
- Mix the vodka, white chocolate liqueur, and peppermint schnapps with ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well then add half-and-half and strain into the chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a small candy cane for a classy Christmas cocktail.
