Make a Candy Cane Martini

There are some occasions that call for a classy cocktail, and the martini is a chameleon that can be altered to fit any celebration. The candy cane martini is fitting for any winter celebration, whether you are celebrating Christmas or New Year's. It is also a great way to get rid of leftover candy canes.

Ingredients

  • Green and red sugar
  • Vodka
  • Peppermint schnapps
  • White chocolate liqueur
  • Half-and-half

Steps

  1. Moisten the rim of the cocktail glass with sugar syrup or a little of the schnapps. Dip the rim of the glass in red and green sugar to create a sweet and colorful rim.
  2. Mix the vodka, white chocolate liqueur, and peppermint schnapps with ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well then add half-and-half and strain into the chilled martini glass.
  3. Garnish with a small candy cane for a classy Christmas cocktail.
  4. Finished.



Tips

  • If you have those mini candy canes, you can hook one over the rim instead.
