Make a Heart Decoration Out of Paper

Making a gift for your friend? It can be a souvenir or decoration and it can be made from recycled papers!

Steps

1. Cut the shape you want out of cardboard. Cut a heart shape if you want to follow the article steps.
2. Place the paper ( preferably recycled) into water. Keep in water for 5 minutes so they can soak
3. Put a paper above the cardboard and keep adding while squeezing then on the cardboard. Continue this process.
4. When you have the thickness you want, cut the extra edges of paper and make sure you smooth the surfaces.
5. Leave it out for a couple of days till it is completely dry.
6. At last you paint it with the color you want. You can use spray paint for speed if you wish.

Tips

• Make sure you smooth out all edges and all the surfaces before painting If smoothing them isn't working, add a bit of water and try to squeeze
