A true raspberry delight in a blended smoothie treat. Here is a recipe for a raspberry smoothie.
Ingredients
- 9 ounces (250 grams) raspberries
- 9 ounces (250 ml) plain yogurt
- 5 ounces (150 ml) skimmed milk
- Ice cubes
Steps
- Pour the ingredients into the blender
- Place the lid on and blend until smooth.
- Serve by pouring the blender's contents into a glass.
- Finished.
Tips
- Add the liquid items first into the blender. This helps avoids blockage of the blender's blades caused from the fruit.
- If you want the drink thicker, freeze the raspberries.
