Make a Honey and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 whole banana
- Natural yogurt
- Honey
- 150 milliliters milk
- 3 small oranges
- 1 lime (optional)
Steps
- Cut a banana into thin slices. Add the pieces in a blender and mix it for a few seconds.
- Turn off the blender after around 2 minutes and add in a non sweetened natural yogurt, {{safesubst:#invoke:convert|convert}} of milk, the juice of three large oranges and a dollop of honey.
- Turn the blender back on again. This time leave it for around 2-3 minutes.
- Turn off the blender, remove the blades and pour into a large glass. This makes enough for 1 person. Add in another banana if you want it to be for two.
- Finished.
Tips
- If you have a sweet tooth you could add in a bit more honey but never add sugar.
- If you squeeze some lime juice around the rim of the glass it gives it a nice tangy flavour.
- If you like your smoothies to be nice and thick then you could reduce the amount of milk in it and add in another banana instead.
- Try squeezing your own orange juice; it tastes so much nicer.
