Steal a Boyfriend
A loyal boyfriend can't be stolen, but if he feels unappreciated and neglected, maybe you're a better match for him. Or, if he's not really that into her, then the sooner they break up, the sooner she can find someone who is. Either way, show him that the grass is greener on the other side.
Steps
- Find reasons to be around him (and not his girlfriend) regularly. Go to some of the same events he does. Participate in some of the same activities he does.
- Look your best whenever he's around. Wear clothes that you get complimented on often (especially by guys). Style your hair in a way that flatters your face. If he's ever complimented you about something in the past, use that to your advantage. And if you see him checking you out more than usual, remember how you looked on that day and try to look that way more often.
- Communicate with body language that you like him. Glance at him often and if he catches you in the act, smile and look away quickly. If you're talking to him, look approachable. Flirt a little, and find excuses to touch him playfully. Make as clear as possible that you're interested. If a guy is going to leave his girlfriend for someone else, he'll want to be sure that the other girl likes him.
- Build on any weaknesses that you know of in his relationship. What to he and his girlfriend often fight about? For example, does she often get mad at him for playing video games or watching football? Talk to him about how much you enjoy playing video games or watching football, or at least express an interest in doing these things with him. Or, does he get annoyed that she spends a lot of time shopping or camping? Emphasize how much you hate shopping or camping. In general, be willing to provide something that his girlfriend doesn't.
- Make him jealous. If you succeed, you'll know he has feelings for you, and it might also be the tipping point for him to break up with his girlfriend. He may not realize how much he likes you until he confronts the possibility that you might end up with someone else.
- Continue following these steps, even if you succeed. You'll have stolen him away from his girlfriend by doing all of the above, but it's a double-edged sword. If you stop doing what made him interested in you, that leaves the door open for someone to steal your boyfriend!
Warnings
- While it might be tempting to get to know his friends so that they can give you the inside scoop and maybe put it a good word for you, this could easily backfire. He's less likely to want to be with you if he knows one of his friends is into you, so try to prevent that from happening.
