Does he/she try to dress like you but tries to make you feel that she wears it better? If you answered "Yes", then try making a style that only you can pull off.
Is she cold towards you and seems sorta like she's trying to turn your friends against? If yes, then confront her about it.
Does she have a problem with you and your boyfriend/girlfiend going out? If yes, talk to your boyfriend about it and confront her.
Does he/she try flirting with your boyfriend/girlfriend . If you answered "Yes", then take him/her into a corner or some place where you can be alone and tell her that you don't like it.
Does he/she almost always try to do everything you do? If "Yes", then try doing something that you know he/she will not like.
Does he/she try to decorate her stuff like you? Once again if "Yes", then add your name and everything else you can think of.
Does he/she read/listen/watch the same books/music/shows you do (this, however, may mean that they have the same tastes as you do but that ok if your best friend has the same taste If "Yes," then don't share your interests to this particular friend.
Does he/she says how she'll go buy the same shirt but does not compliment the "same shirt" you have on right NOW? But goes out to buy the same one the very next day? If "yes", then stay away from this person.

Don't yell at your friend. She or he might avoid you, and your friendship will be over.
Don't quit being friends with them, just talk to your friend and try to work it out.
