Be Steady and Good

People, usually adults or adolescents, are often late to work or school, or may be stuck in a place thinking by sitting idly. So to improve this we must be steady- in other words, not lazy.

Steps

  1. Try to not overdo the things you like. This doesn't mean that you don't need to study or pray but try to avoid addicting activities such as constantly checking your reflection, scrolling on social media, and watching your favorite TV shows.
  2. Be physically active. Remember that regular sports playing and other forms of exercise are good for the body. Each day, aim to get at least 60 minutes of exercise.
  3. Don't think things that are uncontrollable. Be yourself at all times. Take things slowly and steadily.
  4. Don't sit idle unless you're having a regular, good meditation.
  5. Think of good things and pleasant things. Thinking of pleasant things can make you feel good.
  6. Don't be tensed and feel unconscious in order to avoid high blood pressure.
  7. Make a daily routine so that you can do your work on time. That way, you don't rush anything, and won't feel stressed out each day.
  8. Exercise to be fit and to not make your body junked with rust in your bones.
  9. Drink plenty of water and eat healthy food.
  10. Always give your mind some time to reactivate, like practice maths or play mind games, try to do something creative everyday.
  11. Don't waste time. The 1 second that passed will never come back.
  12. Stay happy, no one is in charge of your happiness.
  13. Pray, read the Bible or Qur'an or any good religious books.
  14. Don't act silly.
  15. Always have something to do and maintain your time.
  16. Be good to others.
  17. Smile. It's the best solution to decrease your anger.
  18. Stay clean inside and outside.
  19. Remember your values.
  20. Don't forget your manners.
  21. Dream more while you are awake. Fulfill it and the reality will be more pleasant than your imaginations.
