Be a Good Boyfriend in Middle School
Most adults think that nobody dates in middle school, but if you're in middle school currently, then you know that there's plenty of love in middle school. In a relationship, boys? Here's how to keep that relationship going as a good boyfriend- in middle school.
Steps
- Do not flirt with other girls. Eighth grade/seventh grade girls tend to get a little jealous and no girl wants their man flirting with another girl. It's okay to talk to them, but if you're constantly smiling and touching the other girl, then you're in for a lot of trouble with your girlfriend.
- When your girlfriend is sick/not feeling good, cheer her up and make her feel better! Girls like it when a guy is sweet to her, especially when she is sick or not feeling well.
- Think about gifts. For all holidays (Choose a Suitable Christmas Gift for Her, her birthday, Valentine's Day) get her a gift! Make it cute, too. Make sure you know what she likes so you won't end up getting her chocolate when she turns out to be allergic to it!
- Occasionally, when in the hallway talking to a friend(s), slide your arm around her waist. It makes her feel protected and like she only belongs with you and not anyone else.
- Text her every morning and every night. (But not too early because some girls like to sleep in a lot.) It's amazingly cute.
- Compliment Your Girlfriend! On anything, just do it, it makes her feel good.
- Love her for what is on the inside. Not on the outside. Boys- we can tell if you are just dating a girl to get some ass, or just cause she looks good. Don't say she's sexy; say she's beautiful. It makes her feel better about herself.
- Girls don't like to be ignored everyday - be sure to talk to her or else she'll lose interest in you.
- Kiss her. Girls love it when you kiss them! She may not be comfortable kissing in public, though. If you kiss in public, just give her a nice quick kiss.
- Don't ever say "whatever" or "good for you" to any girl. It makes the girl think as if you don't care about the situation.
- When you see her, hug her from behind (this will make her jump in surprise & make her smile.)
- Don't be clingy. Girls hate it when you guys are always clingy to them.
- Learn her favorite love song. Sing it to her, EVEN if your voice sounds horrible.
- Be nice to her anywhere, anytime, anyplace.
- At times, make up names for her, they love that
Tips
- Do not keep secrets from her or else she's not going to be very happy.
- If someone is trash talking her, tell them, in a cute but firm way to get off! Always stand up for your girl.
- Only tease her in a nice, cute way. Don't criticize anything about her, though.
- Always smile, girls love it.
- Always talk to your girlfriend politely and with respect.
- Take her to all dances that your school has.
- Give her a kiss/hug when she's least expecting it.
- Never try to make her get out of her comfort zone.
- Have a Good Time at the Movies. During the movie, put your arm around her.
Warnings
- Don't ignore her when around your friends!
- Do not log off or ignore a girl during an argument or when the girl is pissed. This will make her madder and she may trash talk you.
- Do not be very shy all the time, girls think it's cute when you're shy sometimes, but when you're shy all the time it's really annoying
- Don't tell her that the relationship isn't working harshly (girls get very emotional and can end up getting depressed for a long time).
- Don't talk about other girls.
- Don't be a player!
- Don't be perverted!
