This topic is definitely different from "How to be a good leader". Why do I say so? This is because the title of this topic is "How to be a good leader as well as a good follower". A good leader is not 100% a good follower. But a good follower is not 100% a good leader though. So how to balance both of these?

Steps

1. A good leader is not simply a figurehead. He/she is someone who works within the team, not only giving orders, but also facilitating action.
2. A good leader seeks to be an example for others to follow

Tips

• Not many people can be good leaders as well as followers. This is because, they will tend to feel arrogant and expect everyone to listen to them. Without taking others' opinions into consideration, they might lose a lot of good opportunities, or face failure in organizing events.

Warnings

• Careful about the sentence --> "leader AS WELL AS follower"
