File a Complaint About a Cab Driver

Had a disrespectful or drunk cab driver? Read this article to file a complaint about him/her.

Steps

1. Wait until you get to your destination or step out of the cab.
   • Don't make it seem like you are angry or disrespected. Step out of the taxi calmly.
   • Wait until the cab leaves to make a complaint.
2. Once the cab drives away, call the cab company.
   • Ask to speak to the manager or speak to customer service.
3. Once the manager/customer service is on the line, file your complaint.
   • Completely describe why you are complaining about the cab driver.
   • Give the full name of the cab driver.
