Get an Emo or Scene Boyfriend
Emo boys and scene boys are hot! They are also creative, unique people. There are plenty ways to score a hot emo kid or scene kid as your boyfriend.
Steps
- Try talking to him. If you happen to have things in common, then you're off to a good start. If you don't, then that's okay. Just be friendly and get to know him
- Know what he is interested in. Scene kids tend to be interested in Hello Kitty, Invader Zim, Anime, partying, music like Brokencyde, Owl City and Blood on the Dance Floor and many other things like that. Emo kids, on the other hand, might like writing emotional poetry or lyrics, Nintendo, TV and of course, music. They tend to like emo music like Dashboard Confessional, Bright Eyes, Bring Me the Horizon, Hawthorne Heights, Saosin, Saetia, Saves the Day, Senses Fail, Cap'n Jazz, The Starting Line, Braid, Aiden, My Chemical Romance (especially the early work), Jimmy Eat World, The Get Up Kids, Weezer, Thursday, Silverstein and The Used. They may also listen to other music, too. Some other bands emo kids might like can include Simple Plan, Green Day, The Misfits, Bullet for My Valentine, Good Charlotte, Blink-182, New Found Glory, At the Drive-In, Fugazi, Sum 41 and The Ramones.
- Remember, if you happen to be an emo kid or a scene kid, then it'll be easier for you. Talk about bands you like, compliment him on his swoop bangs, and read him some of your poetry. Emo kids are deep, sensitive and emotional, so then you'll have something in common. Another good suggestion is inviting him to some local shows. Try to connect with him. Scene kids are instead more loud and tend to type without any grammar or spelling rules.
- Be yourself. Have your own thoughts and opinions; don't try to be a clone of him. don't be an overly flirt that will just scare him away
- Be nice to him. If you see him in the hallway, smile and make eye contact.
- Compliment him. For example, "I can really connect with you. You're very deep and introspective, you're different than most other guys". Also, if he plays an instrument, tell him he's got talent and he should form his own band. If he's not good, tell him how he can improve.
- Flirt.If you get to know each other and want to do something super cute, then brush his hair out of his eye with your hand. Say something like, "You have beautiful eyes. I'd like to get a better look at them".
- Be a bit random. call him a different name to get him confused,or start a personal joke with him.he'll find it funny.Then connect more with him and talk more.
- Don't go out of your way to be someone or something you're not.
- See if he's into someone. Try to find out if he's interested in someone already, then try to change his mind, but don't let him know you're doing it. Try to make yourself more exciting and cuter than the girl he's in to.
Warnings
- This can't be stressed enough: do not stereotype him! You can't assume that all emo or scene kids act a certain way because that is wrong! Also, he might not actually be an emo. Get to know him first.
- Don't try too hard to be emo/scene just to impress him. If you like the culture, that's one thing, but don't do it just to win him over or you'll look like a poser.
- Most emos are emotional, remember that! Don't get too close too fast, he'll get annoyed, he will probably think more intensely than other people!
- Especially don't try to be someone that you're not. It will confuse him or her if your emo one day then preppy the next. If he has already seen you once or twice and he has said something to you, then you're alright.
- You should never change yourself for him, no matter how much you may love him. If he loves you back, he would never tell you to change
- Don't ruin his dating relationship just so you can have him. Be patient. Relationships don't last forever. and he might change his mind for you. Let him live, even if he might just really love someone else. You can't change that, but there's a good chance he will like you.
- Don't try to get into his dating life just yet, work into it. He might start to think that you're annoying then he might be rude and let you down the hard way.
