Ingredients
- 1 ripe, medium-sized banana
- 3/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 3/4 cup of skim milk (optional)
- 1/2 cup of crushed ice
Steps
- Get 1 ripe medium banana. Peel and place in the blender. The softer the banana is, the smoother your smoothie will be.
- Next get 3/4 cup blueberries. Try to get buy them as fresh as possible for the best flavor. Rinse the blueberries in water, then place in the blender.
- Add in the rest of the ingredients. Place 1/4 cup of vanilla yogurt, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 3/4 cup of skim milk (if you want), and 1/2 cup of crushed ice into the blender.
- Blend until smooth. Once you think that it's smooth enough, pour into a glass and enjoy! Now you have a perfect smoothie for the summer.
