1. Contact the Department of Motor Vehicles to determine the types of licenses you will need to operate.
2. Complete all required driver tests and get some proof of insurance before you even try walk up in that piece.

4. Take out a business loan if you are broke.
5. Give lenders your 12-month business plan and any other type information they are going to ask you for.
