Steps
- Approach the jump with proper speed.
- Lift your feet off the pedals once you're in the air. Throw them out to the side that you prefer.
- Stretch them out, then pull them back on to your pedals.
Tips
- Use pads on your legs, you may not land completely on the pedals the first times, and it hurts really bad to get the pedal slammed in your leg.
- Make sure you don't throw your entire body outside the bike, only your legs.
- It's smart to practice on a tabletop jump (a jump with filled gap).
- do not try if you can't do a no footer
Warnings
- You may not get back on the bike while you in the air, then you should throw your bike away and land on your legs/knees.
- Wear pads on your legs/knees and of course wear a helmet.
