Steps
- Have a jump you can get at least a foot of air off of. You should be comfortable with the jump.
- Have a moderate speed and when you approach the jump get ready to hop.
- Jump the jump as if it was casual and when in the air throw the handlebars into your upper-thighs and bring your legs up at the same time while throwing your arms out to the side.
- Send your arms back to the bars and level your bike with the landing.
- Ride away smoothly.
Tips
- Try thrusting your arms behind you after you get more comfortable with the trick
- To make it easier to grip the bars straighten out your legs a little bit and you will get some space in between your legs and your bars
- If you don't have enough air you will land on your back tire no-handed and crash
Warnings
- If you fall on this trick, you could get a concussion or worse as explained in the tips section, so make sure you wear a helmet and have enough air to perform the trick
