Make Hyderabadi Vegetable Biryani

Steps
- Soak rice in water.
- Get the vegetables cut and ready.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add onions and fry them to golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste to the onions and fry, add cumin turmeric, garam masala and clove.
- Add tomatoes and fry. The number of onions and tomatoes used should be equal.
- Add the cut vegetables (carrots, potatoes, green peas, cauliflower, baby corn) and cook them on low flame for about 15 minutes.
- Add salt to the cooked vegetables.
- Cook the soaked rice in such a way that each grain of the rice remains separate.
- Take another pan and grease its surface with oil.
- Add a layer of cooked rice.
- Add a layer of cooked vegetables on top of it.
- Add another layer of rice.
- Heat this assembly on a very low flame for 5-10 minutes.
