Make a Watermelon Yogurt Mint Smoothie
A refreshing, drinkable breakfast or anytime pick-me-up. Serve at a luncheon buffet, or a kids' party to give them the grown up look with a non-alcoholic drink.

Ingredients
- 1-to-2 cups seedless watermelon chunks
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves or to taste
- Dash of cinnamon
- Some yogurt
Steps
- Add watermelon, honey and mint to a blender or food processor.
- Puree for a short time making sure not to over blend. It should be on the thick side and not watery.
- Pulse in the yogurt and cinnamon just until smooth.
- Serves 1 or 2.
Tips
- Remember that watermelon will turn to water if over-blended. The consistency should be like a smoothie, on the thick side.
