Make Watermelon Breakfast Lasagna

An easy way to take the same old boring cornflakes and dress it up to become a special treat for breakfast. This is also a great breakfasts to serve the kids after a sleepover. Not only is this breakfast unique, it is also very healthy.

  1. Place 1/3 of the corn flakes in an even layer in the bottom of an 8 X 8 serving dish.
  2. Mix together the watermelon, blueberries and yogurt and spoon half of it over the corn flake layer evenly.
  3. Sprinkle another layer of the corn flakes over the Make a Yogurt Fruit Snack and then layer the remaining yogurt over that. Sprinkle the remaining corn flakes evenly over the top.
  4. Serves 6.

Tips

  • Serve them each a cold glass of watermelon lemonade as a starter.
  • Make it a fun breakfast, by placing all the ingredients in bowls on the table, and let the kids take turns making their own.
  • Finish with a glass of chocolate milk.
