Make One Piece Bars for a Razor Scooter

This article explains how to make razor one-piece bars.

Steps

1. Take the a pipe and cut it down to any desired size.(Ex.16in.)(chromoly pipe works great)
2. Center the pipe in the T-tube.
3. Drill two holes through the T-tube and through the pipe.
4. Thread two screws through the bars. (Also you could use two front axles with barrings)
5. Mount them up.

Warnings

• Don't use aluminum. It's to weak.

• 22mm Stainless Steel Pipe
• Razor T-tube
• Drill
• Drill Bits
• Screws
• Hacksaw
• Welder
