Make a Pork Loin Sandwich
Do you like eating pork? Do you like eating sandwiches? Well here you go - The pork loin sandwich! This delicious sandwich recipe serves about 6 people and is great for picnics.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb pork loin (sliced in thin rounds and pounded thin)
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups plain bread crumbs
- 1 cup peanut oil
- 1 pkg French sandwich rolls
Steps
- Slice the pork loin into thin pieces.
- Soak the thin pieces of pork in milk.
- Heat the peanut oil in a heavy skillet on medium heat.
- Remove the pork from the milk.
- Whip the eggs into the milk you just took the pork out of.
- Bread each side of the pork with bread crumbs.
- Dip the pork into the egg and milk mixture.
- Dip the pork back into the bread crumbs.
- Fry the pork quickly, just until it is golden brown.
- Put the pork onto sandwich bread and serve while it is warm.
- Finished.
Warnings
- Be sure that when you are frying the pork that you do not burn it. This will alter the taste significantly.
