Ingredients
- 1 large banana, or two small, chopped
- 1 glass of milk
- 1 tsp honey or sugar
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon (optional, for zest and tang)
- 6 to 8 ice cubes (optional, include for thickness)
Steps
- Put the chopped banana, milk, honey, sugar and ice (optional) into the blender.
- Blend it and pour into drinking glasses.
- Decorate with cinnamon, and enjoy.
Tips
- Add 1 tsp of honey and 2-5 tsp of sugar. Add sugar to taste, if desired.
