Make a Homemade Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 different fruits
  • Milk (preferably 2% Milk)
  • Crushed ice (optional)

Steps

  1. Peel and slice 3 different fruits.
  2. Put sliced fruits in the blender.
  3. Add a cup or two of milk (preferably 2% as it enriches the smoothie).
  4. If you like, add some crushed ice to make it colder.
  5. Blend on high; when the mixture becomes flurry, hit "low."
  6. Serve in a glass and enjoy!
